In the ECRHA Conference Championships on March 4th, 2023, Neumann (D3) defeated Boston (D3) with a final score of 11-5, winning the championship. The game took place at Marple Sports Arena in Broomall, PA.

The game started with Boston's Justin Davids scoring an unassisted goal at 4:43 in the first period. However, Neumann quickly responded with two power-play goals from Anthony Putter and Zachary Deemer. Neumann then scored three more goals in quick succession, with Andrew McGinley, Anthony Putter, and Zachary Deemer all finding the back of the net. Boston's Justin Davids scored his second goal of the game at 11:25 in the first period, but Neumann held a 4-3 lead at the end of the period.

In the second period, Neumann continued their dominance with two more goals from Anthony Putter and Zachary Deemer. Boston's Martin Tumey and Miranda Lemus scored a goal each, but Neumann held a 6-45lead going into the third period.

In the final period, Neumann's Zachary Deemer scored four more goals, securing his team's victory. Andrew McGinley also scored his second goal of the game. Neumann's Zachary Deemer was named the first star of the game with six goals and three assists, while Anthony Putter and Justin Davids were named the second and third stars respectively.
