Final Regular Season Results - Regional Championships Right Around the Corner!

Cal Poly finishes as WCRHL Division 1 #1 Seed, heading into Regionals, to be held Feb. 28-March 1 at Corona Inline. #2 UNLV, #3 ASU, #4 Long Beach. Format for Division I will be a 3-game round robin for all teams on Saturday, followed by semifinals and championship game on Sunday.  All teams have an even shot at the Regional Championships - they all earned their right to play winning several tough games throughout the season, not to mention at the last regular season event.

Great DI games from Feb. 14 included: 

Final Division II Seeds: #1 UC San Diego, #2 UC Irvine, #3 Chico State, #4 Arizona, #5 UC Santa Cruz (won tiebreaker via head-to-head record against USD), #6 University of San Diego.  Format for Division II is 2-game round robin on Saturday, followed by quarterfinals Saturday evening.  The top team in each pool at the end of round robin will get a bye through the quarterfinals and advance to the semifinals, to be held Sunday morning, followed by the championship game on Sunday as well.  Pools are teams 1, 4, and 6 in Pool A and teams 2, 3, and 5 in Pool B.  Pool A is UC San Diego, Arizona and University of San Diego.  Pool B is UC Irvine, Chico State and UC Santa Cruz.

Final Division III Seeds: #1 ASU B Black, #2 ASU Maroon, #3 Cal Poly SLO Gold, #4 UC Santa Barbara B (won tiebreaker via goal differential against U of A B), #5 University of Arizona B, #6 Cal Poly SLO B Green (won tiebreaker via head-to-head record against UCI B) - UC Irvine B will attend Regionals in place of Cal Poly SLO B Green, who has elected not to attend.  Format for Division III is the same as Division II.  Pool A will be ASU B Black, UCSB B, and UC Irvine B.  Pool B will be ASU B Maroon, Cal Poly SLO B Gold, and University of Arizona B.

Great DIII games from Feb. 14-15 included:

Claremont College finishes as #1 team in WCRHL Division IV, with 8-4 win over UC Davis. Congratulations Centaurs!
