ACCOMMODATIONS
This event is "stay to play."
All team accommodations (hotel rooms) are to be booked within a housing system supplied by the Cedar Rapids CVB.

HOTEL NOTES
The blocks for 4 hotels go from April 4-10, and 1 additional hotel from April 5-10. Use the date filter to view what you need.
If you need a room outside of the room block (April 4-10), make the reservation for the block dates, and once you've completed your booking, email [email protected] with your hotel details, including your name, your team, the name on the room, number of rooms under this confirmation number, confirmation number, nights that you need, etc.
If you need a room type that you do not see on the booking system, please email [email protected], with all of the information mentioned above, other than confirmation number.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
It is recommended to fly into Eastern Iowa Airport (CID). The website is: https://www.cedar-rapids-
Eastern Iowa Airport is less than 10 miles (approximately 15 minutes) from the facility.
Other airports you may want to consider:
Waterloo Regional Airport (ALO) - approximately 1 hour from Cedar Rapids
Dubuque Regional Airpot (DBQ) - approximately 1.5 hours from Cedar Rapids
Quad City International Airport (MLI) - approximately 1.5 hours from Cedar Rapids

RENTAL CARS
Cedar Rapids Budget is your preferred rental car provider. They have a limited number of 12/15 passenger vans, Suburbans and Minivans that they have discounted for our event. These will sell out, so if you will need them, contact Cedar Rapids Budget and follow the instructions below.
Call to start the reservation process at (319) 294-8400, and they will then instruct you to complete the below form and fax to Budget. Anyone renting anything other than a car will need to complete this form. The fax number is (319) 294-8485. It is important to note that you must call first to initiate the reservation process, and follow up with the fax.

REGISTRATION - ACCEPTING YOUR BID
Once bids are posted: To initially accept your bid, please email Executive Director Brennan Edwards at: [email protected] by Wednesday, March 9th, 2016 by 11:00pm Eastern time. Please include the following in your email: Team Name, Division, Team Rep Name, Team Rep Phone Number, Team Rep Email Address, as well as your acceptance or denial of your bid. You must fill out and attach the Team Registration Form.
To secure your bid to the National Championships, payment in the amount of $795 (discounted fee, for using hotel booking system above) must be received at the NCRHA office in California by Friday, March 18, 2016 (make checks payable to “National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association”). Teams whose payment is not received by the deadline may lose their spot to an alternate team. $100 per week will be assessed for any payments received after the deadline. Payment must be in the form of money order, cashier's check, teller's check or check directly from the college or university. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. Purchase Orders from your university are accepted in order to hold your spot. Purchase orders can be mailed to the NCRHA at the address below or faxed to (310) 347-4001. All payments are non-refundable.

TEAM ROSTER FORM
All teams must submit a Team Roster Form for the event. Teams are also responsible for the accuracy of their roster form on Powerplaystats. Send an email to [email protected] should you need access to PPS or have any questions. All roster updates on Powerplaystats are due by Friday, March 11, 2016.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
- All teams must complete an additional Player Enrollment Verification Form, sent to the NCRHA, in order to be eligible for Nationals by Friday, March 18, 2016.

- Have the registrar fax the form to (310) 347-4001 and then mail the original to the NCRHA address above. This is in addition to any enrollment check that you have done for the regular season and your conference. All players that do not meet the standard enrollment criteria will be required to send NCRHA additional information and face possible event disqualification.
- Please note the due date for the Enrollment Verification Form, which is Friday, March 18, 2016.
- All players should bring their school identification card and valid State ID such as driver's license to the event.
USA ROLLER HOCKEY REGISTRATION
- All players and coaches must have their 2015-2016 USA Roller Hockey registrations paid for prior to the event. This includes any non-playing bench staff.

- The cost is $30 per player/coach, payable by credit card.
- For any new registrations (after March 1, 2016), notify the NCRHA via email to Brennan Edwards, Executive Director at: [email protected]
- The NCRHA will be checking team rosters against the USARH database, and will contact teams directly regarding missing registrations.
CAPTAINS/COACH’S MEETING INFORMATION
The NCRHA will be holding MANDATORY captains'/coach's meetings for all divisions.

PRACTICE TIME AT NATIONALS
Practice Time will be available at Cedar Rapids Ice Arena on Tuesday, April 5th, in 1-hour time slots, available from Noon to 10pm.
Practice time is $100/hour, payable prior to taking the floor or via Paypal (in advance).
First come, first served – via email reservations.
DO NOT contact the facility to book practice time. You will be directed to the NCRHA.

MISSION HOCKEY COLLEGE
The NCRHA will host its signature Mission Hockey College, a free youth clinic at the 2016 National Collegiate Roller Hockey Championships.
Saturday April 9th - 3:30pm
Ages 5-15
(younger ages will be accepted, as space allows)
To register for the Mission Hockey College, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Registrations are due by April 1st - but act fast, space is limited to the first 50 participants!
Mission Hockey College is a free 1-hour youth roller hockey clinic held at various locations across the nation throughout the year. The instructors are college roller hockey's finest players and coaches. The Mission Hockey College is sponsored by Mission Hockey and all attendees will either receive a Mission Hockey giveaway item or be entered into a drawing for Mission merchandise.
