Lost in the shuffle of the outstanding offense of the Neumann Knights is its outstanding goaltender, Michael Maczynski. Maczynski has been outstanding this season as Neumann has started 12-0-0. This past weekend in Long Island, Maczynski posted a 5-0-0 records to go along with victories over Stony Brook, Hofstra, Northeastern, Rhode Island and Central Florida.
During the five victories, Maczynski turned aside 57 of 61 shots for a .934 save percentage, while only allowing 4 goals in 5 games, with a pair of shutouts.
