The Rutgers University Roller Hockey Club is proud to introduce two fresh additions
to their organization for the upcoming 2004-2005 season; Dominick Roca as Division
I Head Coach and Donald Protz as Head General Manager.
Coach Roca, who acted as interim head coach eleven games into the 2003-2004 campaign
after coach Robert Dixon resigned, has proven his hockey knowledge and motivational
techniques can bring teams much success when a team concept is employed. He commands
respect from his players, while his techniques elicit the very best performances
from his players.
Coach Protz will prove to be an invaluable asset to the club, as his great knowledge of
roller hockey strategy and team management has been a huge instrument in the success
of the very successful New York City Titans (TORHS) over recent years. He has
already begun to reshape the structure of the club with his knowledge of recruitment
and team structure.
With these two great additions to the organization, the Scarlet Knights are looking
ahead to a very promising 2004-2005 campaign.
