This event is "stay to play." 
All team accommodations (hotel rooms) are to be booked within a housing system supplied by Visit Independence.  
If you do so, you will not receive the discounted event registration rate.

It is recommended to fly into Kansas City International Airport (MCI) – 30 miles (approximately 35 minutes) from the facility.



Once bids are posted: To initially accept your bid, please email Executive Director Brennan Edwards at by Wednesday, March 11th, 2015 by 11:00pm Eastern time. Please include the following in your email: Team Name, Team Rep Name, Team Rep Phone Number, Team Rep Email Address, as well as your acceptance or denial of your bid. You must fill out and attach the Team Registration Form.


To secure your bid to the National Championships, payment in the amount of $795 (discounted fee, for using hotel booking system above) must be received at the NCRHA office in California by Friday, March 20, 2015 (make checks payable to NCRHA). Teams whose payment is not received by the deadline may lose their spot to an alternate team.  $100 per week will be assessed for any payments received after the deadline.  Payment must be in the form of money order, cashier's check, teller's check or check directly from the college or university. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. Purchase Orders from your university are accepted in order to hold your spot. Purchase orders can be mailed to the NCRHA at the address below or faxed to (310) 347-4001.   All payments are non-refundable.

All teams must submit a Team Roster Form for the event. Teams are also responsible for the accuracy of their roster form on Powerplaystats. Send an email to should you need access to PPS or have any questions.

All teams must complete an additional Player Enrollment Verification Form, sent to the NCRHA, in order to be eligible for Nationals by Friday, March 20, 2015. 
Have the registrar fax the form to (310) 347-4001 and then mail the original to the NCRHA address above. This is in addition to any enrollment check that you have done for the regular season. All players that do not meet the standard enrollment criteria will be required to send NCRHA additional information and face possible event disqualification.
Please note the due date on the Enrollment Verification Form.
All players should bring their school identification card and valid State ID such as driver's license to the event.

  • All players and coaches must have their 2014-2015 USA Roller Hockey registrations paid for prior to the event. This includes any non-playing bench staff.

The NCRHA will be holding MANDATORY captains'/coach's meetings for all divisions. 


Please note that captain(s)/coach(s) from your team need to attend the meetings above for your team to be eligible for play. Teams missing the meeting will be subject to possible disqualification from the event. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly. Teams may send up to 2 attendees.

Division I and II Captain's/Coach's Meeting - Tuesday April 7 - 8:00pm

Practice Time will be available at Independence Events Center on Tuesday, April 7th.
Practice time is $100/hour, payable prior to taking the floor or via Paypal (in advance). 
First come, first served – via email reservations.  This year we will only have practice time available on 1 rink, so space is limited!
DO NOT contact the facility to book practice time. You will be directed to the NCRHA.

The NCRHA will host it's signature Mission Hockey College, a free youth clinic at the 2015 National Collegiate Roller Hockey Championships. 

Saturday April 11th - 4:30pm
Ages 5-15
(younger ages will be accepted, as space allows)


To register for the Mission Hockey College, please send an email to with the following information:
 - Player's Name, Age and Position
 - Emergency Contact's Name and Phone Number 
Registrations are due by April 9th - but act fast, space is limited to the first 50 participants! 

Hockey College is a free 1-hour youth roller hockey clinic held at various locations across the nation throughout the year.  The instructors are college roller hockey's finest players and coaches.  The Mission Hockey College is sponsored by Mission Hockey and all attendees will either receive Mission merchandise (such as Mission Hockey mini-sticks and foam pucks or a t-shirt) or be entered into a raffle for Mission merchandise.
